Our training process comprises the following stages based on R.E.S.P.E.C.T for the client's actual needs
Respect of company language needs
Establishment of objectives and training policy with the HR department and student
Supervision over level placement and formation groups
Projection of individual programs and work plan adapted to the company business needs, students cognitive abilities as well as training timeframes
Execution
Coordination of monitoring and follow up activities
Testing of students and programs in general on a regular basis
Our human resources are the key to our success as well as our main asset.
Our academic staff is made up of three teachers profiles:
- Native teachers with an international teacher training certificate
- Native teachers with a degree in other areas: Finance, Business, Administration, Engineering, Design, etc.
- Graduate Argentine teachers with a vast experience in teaching to adults
- Provide onsite language instruction at the client location in order to: Avoid wasting time on traveling, capitalize on the time available for studying and encourage prompt and regular class attendance.
- Espouse the communicative teaching method and lexical approach, which focuses on fluence as a priority, whilst ensuring clarity and correction.
- Use authentic materials and the latest textbooks; constantly update study materials.
- Offer group and one-on-one courses. The number of participants is company set, with maximum of 6 students per group
- Define weekly hourly load jointly with the company and student based on needs and objectives .
- Maintain close intercommunication with the HR department and student via performance reports and satisfaction surveys.

- Specialized workshops: Effective Presentations; How to Improve your pronunciation; Boosting Your Financial Activity; Tips On Writing the perfect Résumé, etc.
- Coaching for international Exams: TOEIC, TOEFL, GMAT, FCE, CAE, CPE, etc.
